Computer Science offered through the Dhillon School of Business at the University of Lethbridge leads to a Bachelor of Business Administration major (also available as a Combined Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Business Administration, with the computer science major used on the Bachelor of Science side, or as a Bachelor of Business Administration second degree). Students gain broad technical knowledge across programming, digital systems, database management systems, data structures and computer architecture, learning to solve problems in both abstract and concrete terms using a variety of hardware, software and programming languages. The program combines computer science theory with hands-on, business-oriented practice, and students may add complementary minors such as accounting, fintech and financial innovation, marketing, or supply chain and operations management. It is offered with full-time daytime classes on the Lethbridge campus and evening and weekend classes on the Calgary campus, suiting students aiming for programming, analysis and technology roles within business settings.
