Overview
The Associate Certificate in Executive Leadership extends UNBC's seven-day core leadership cohort with at least three additional days of electives, bringing the program to about ten days of virtual live instruction. The core covers active leadership, motivating for full engagement, aligning for results, leading continuous change, leading transformation, and leading high performing teams. Electives can be selected from leading innovation, women in leadership, communicating for clarity, maximizing emotional intelligence, powerful presentations, and AI for leadership. Delivered with Global Knowledge and taught by practitioners in the field, the program pairs executive-level concepts with hands-on exercises and is designed around crafting an individual leadership style. Registration is handled together for the core and separately for each elective, and the courses can also be arranged as a custom offering for an organization.
