Cert in Creative Practice

The Certificate in Creative Practice is an interdisciplinary 18-credit-hour undergraduate program at the University of Regina, offered through the Faculty of Media, Art, and Performance together with Campion College, First Nations University of Canada, and Luther College. It is designed for students interested in exploring one or more creative fields, including Film and Film Production, Music, Theatre, Visual Arts, and Creative Technologies and Design. The flexible structure allows students to combine courses across several of these disciplines or concentrate within a single creative area, depending on their interests. Depending on course selection, students can complete some of the certificate online, alongside in-person studio courses. Students can transfer into the program from another University of Regina program or from another post-secondary institution, and all credits earned in the certificate transfer directly into a University of Regina degree program on completion.
