The curriculum focuses on ethical decision-making, team performance, and the mindset needed to identify and pursue new business opportunities. It suits aspiring entrepreneurs, small-business owners, and employees in established organizations who want to build innovative and creative problem-solving skills. Students have a multi-year window from admission to finish the requirements, giving working learners flexibility to pace their studies around other commitments.
