Overview
French is a Minor offered through the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto St. George campus, under the Humanities admission category with OUAC code TAH, leading to a Bachelor of Arts (Honours). It is one of several French-language offerings at St. George, alongside French Language and French Linguistics, French Language and Literature, French Language Learning, and French Studies, and the Faculty of Arts and Science also offers French programs at its Mississauga and Scarborough campuses, where French is offered with an optional work-integrated learning component. Admission for Ontario secondary school applicants requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with six subjects at the 4U/M level, including English (ENG4U/EAE4U); the co-op component of Grade 12 courses is not used for admission.
