Overview
Work and Organizations: Sciences Contexts at the University of Toronto St. George campus is one of three streams of the Honours Bachelor of Arts Major in Work and Organizations, an interdisciplinary program developing the skills to analyze and address contemporary challenges in work and organizational life so that graduates can navigate an evolving labour market. Students in this stream are intended to be enrolled in, or planning to enrol in, a science program. Admission is limited: applicants must have completed 4.0 credits and a designated 0.5-credit first-year science or math course, drawn from Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology or Statistics, with a grade of at least 67%, though meeting this threshold does not guarantee admission. The Major requires 8.0 credits: 0.5 from the designated first-year science/math course, 3.0 from required higher-level IRW/IRE courses, 2.0 elective credits with at least 1.0 at the 300-level or above, and 1.0-1.5 credits of specialized coursework.
