Participants need regular access to a computer with a reliable internet connection to take part in the online program. For applicants whose first language is not English, the program expects proficiency equivalent to a TOEFL score of 90 on the internet-based test (575 paper-based) with no section below 20, or an academic IELTS score of 6.5 with no individual component below 6.0.
