Overview
Mathematics/Business Administration is a joint undergraduate program combining mathematics courses from the University of Waterloo's Faculty of Mathematics with business courses from the School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. The curriculum covers accounting, financial analysis, marketing, inventory management and business forecasting alongside core mathematics and analytical training. The program is available with or without the co-op work-term option offered by Waterloo's Faculty of Mathematics. Ontario applicants are admitted on the basis of six Grade 12 U/M courses, including Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, a Grade 12 U English credit, and one further 4U course, with Grade 11 Introduction to Computer Science recommended. All applicants must submit the university's Admission Information Form as part of the application process. Graduates combine a mathematics credential with formal business training from a second institution.
Requirements
