Overview
The Master of Mathematics (MMath) in Computer Science is a thesis-based graduate program offered by the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science in the Faculty of Mathematics. The program prepares students for an in-demand career in computer science, with students advancing their knowledge in areas such as machine learning and cloud computing while conducting research under the guidance of a faculty supervisor. Admission Requirements: Applicants require an honours bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or an equivalent degree, with at least a 78% standing. English language proficiency, where required, is TOEFL 5 (writing 4.5, speaking 4) or IELTS 6.5 (writing 6.0, speaking 6.5).
