The Master of Science (MSc) in Management at Wilfrid Laurier University's Lazaridis School of Business & Economics is a 12-month program combining coursework with a faculty-mentored research project. Students choose one of three areas of concentration: Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM), Marketing, or Supply Chain Management (SCM), each with its own undergraduate prerequisite in a related field such as business, psychology, or sociology; the research project is designed to build applied analytical skills relevant to the chosen concentration. Admission requires a minimum B+ undergraduate average and evidence of strong quantitative skills, normally demonstrated through a GMAT Focus score of 595 or higher, or a GMAT score of 650 or higher under the former scale. The program is delivered in person, with a single intake in the fall (September) term.
