— it helps other students.
This diploma prepares students for careers across the many branches of management found in industry, commerce, not-for-profit bodies and government. It focuses on the role management plays as a core driver of organisational performance and revenue, exposing students to a broad and changing field so they build the knowledge needed for management roles in both established and emerging organisations.
Offered across the Nasinu, Labasa, Namaka and Ba campuses over two years for 250 credit points, the Management major opens with business information systems, project management and marketing fundamentals before adding operations management, sales management and a choice of electives such as industrial relations, consumer behaviour and digital marketing in the second year.
