Overview

Cultivating Resilience is a short workshop for people in middle to senior management who want a clearer sense of how resilient they actually are, and how to build on it. Across twelve hours of online sessions, participants assess their own resilience quotient and work through what drives resilience, what tends to erode it, and the practical strategies that can strengthen it over time. Rather than treating resilience as something people simply have or don't, the course breaks it down into measurable factors using tools like the Resilience Capability Index, so participants leave with a sense of where their own strengths and gaps sit. The underlying aim is leadership capacity: managers who can hold up under pressure themselves are better placed to lead their teams through it too.
