BA/BS in Vides zinātne

Environmental Science (Vides zinātne) is an academic bachelor's programme at Daugavpils University, run by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Healthcare. It leads to a bachelor's degree in environmental science and is studied full-time over 3 years, carrying 180 ECTS credits. Students can enrol in a stream taught in Latvian or in one taught in English. Both streams ask for secondary education, and applicants to the English-language stream must also demonstrate English knowledge of at least B2 level, either through an internationally recognised English test or through a document showing that their earlier schooling was delivered in English. The programme suits school leavers who want a first-cycle university qualification in the environmental field. Entry procedures and application dates are not listed on the programme page, so applicants should confirm them with the university admissions office before applying.
