MA/MS in Vadības zinības

Vadības zinības is an academic master's programme in management science at the University of Latvia, taught in Latvian in the centre of Riga. Full-time study lasts four semesters and amounts to 120 ECTS credits. Graduates are awarded a Master of Social Sciences degree in management and administration. The programme gives students academic education and a high level of professional preparation in management science. It sets out to preserve and further develop the intellectual potential of Latvia as the country integrates into the European Union and responds to the processes of globalisation. Students can specialise in several areas of management science and of practical entrepreneurship, matching their choices to labour-market requirements and their own interests; strategic management is among the options listed. The 2026/2027 intake includes both state-funded and fee-paying places, and some of the fee-paying places are co-financed.
