This programme prepares specialists with the practical skills and knowledge needed for music production and technology, creating original work across music technology, related media, sound recording, and design, while building personal presentation and project-development abilities. Learning outcomes include creating audiovisual installation environments grounded in relevant theory and practice, composing music using the recording studio, hardware, and software as creative tools, applying effective teamwork within a professional setting, administering the development and implementation of original creative projects, and critically evaluating and discussing music production, performance, and cultural events using academic language. Teaching methods include tutor-led workshops, technical supervision, peer review, and both individual and group assignments, with each module assessed on a ten-point scale combining semester work with an exam or final creative project. Students choose elective modules from philosophy, foreign languages, and subject groups spanning arts, humanities, economics, and sciences, and in the specialty component choose a research option, a dissertation, or a career-development project. The programme is taught in English over three and a half years.
