This three-semester programme prepares communications and public relations professionals for business, public and non-governmental organisations, building the ability to design, analyse, evaluate, coordinate and influence communication activities and to maintain consistent internal and external messaging. Seven research-oriented compulsory courses cover organisational communication and psychology, integrated PR strategies, public communication policy, the social structure of organisations, communication research methodology, and risk and crisis communication, with three electives such as propaganda criticism, communicative rhetoric, popular and visual culture, or international and intercultural communication, alongside a final thesis built around a separate project-management component. Teaching mixes lectures, case studies, group work, practical assignments such as blog and opinion writing, interactive workshops and poster-making, delivered both face-to-face and at a distance, with assessment through written exams, a professional internship, PR materials, reports and a portfolio of practical work. It builds skills in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to communications campaigns, identifying distinct audience segments, and evaluating campaign success.
