MA/MS in Organizational Psychology

This two-year programme prepares psychologists able to apply current psychological knowledge, research and consultation skills grounded in scientific and ethical principles to promote psychosocial well-being and organisational effectiveness amid economic and social change. It builds the ability to describe, critically evaluate and apply psychological theories explaining the behaviour of organisations, individuals and groups, carry out research using modern scientific methodology and present results with recommendations, and consult organisations on leadership, personnel management, work organisation, career counselling and employee well-being. Teaching follows a student-oriented, research-based approach through seminars, independent work, literature analysis, case analysis and role-play, with some subjects taught in English and additional subjects available from other study areas, developing skills in elaborating and evaluating psychological intervention programmes such as personnel education, team formation and employee adaptation while working in line with labour law and professional ethics.
