MBA Specialisation Management Accounting (CIMA)

This specialisation pairs an MBA with a pathway toward the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification, so learners work simultaneously toward an academic degree and a recognised professional credential. It is aimed at finance professionals who want to move into senior roles in financial strategy, performance management and corporate decision-making. The modules draw on a range of accounting techniques that help future managers read the internal financial position of a business, manage uncertainty, weigh up competing options and track how well chosen strategies are working in practice. Learners who pass the second-year assessments become eligible to sit the professional body's strategic-level and case-study examinations, though any related registration fees are paid separately by the student.
