MBA with Specialisation in Human Resource Management

This MBA specialisation focuses on people management, performance and organisational change, building on a general business administration base with deeper study of how organisations plan their workforce, recruit and grow talent, handle industrial relations and understand behaviour inside teams. It is designed for HR practitioners and managers who want to move into more senior leadership roles. Delivery follows the open and distance learning model used across the university's Commonwealth of Learning MBAs, allowing professionals to balance study with work and other commitments. A consortium of partner institutions supports the programme's academic standards, with the aim of producing HR leaders who can shape workplace culture, improve engagement and align HR practice with wider organisational goals. The blend of general management training with a human-resources specialism is intended to let graduates move fluidly between broad leadership roles and dedicated HR-director positions.
