Overview

This part-time programme trains students to lead teams and organisations in care and welfare, combining business management with personal leadership. Students learn how organisation, personnel and quality management work in the care sector and which developments shape the field. The emphasis is on coaching others and reflecting on one's own functioning. It is a four-year part-time hbo bachelor taught in Dutch at Breda with a September intake. Graduates move into coordinating or management roles in care and welfare.
