MA/MS in Food Safety

The programme offers three specialisations, Applied Food Safety, Food Law and Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain Safety, and welcomes students with backgrounds in law, supply chain management or logistics who have an interest in food-related topics, alongside those from food science. Where other programmes in the field tend to concentrate either on the technical side of food safety or on how food safety interacts with food quality, this one takes a more integrated, multidisciplinary approach across its three specialisations. Graduates go on to work in research, consultancy, regulatory affairs, food safety roles, microbiology, quality assurance management, or further PhD study.
