The programme develops an entrepreneurial mindset paired with analytical and digital skills for spotting opportunities, assessing and scaling them, and creating sustainable value, treating innovation and entrepreneurship as an ongoing process rather than a single outcome. Practical training covers decision-making tools such as Python and other data-analysis software, financial modelling tools and customer-analytics platforms, alongside building market insight through data analytics, customer discovery and the responsible use of AI tools under sound data governance. Entrepreneurial finance is covered in depth, from bootstrapping and angel investment through venture capital and corporate venture capital to growth financing, together with how innovation ecosystems function, including accelerators, incubators and corporate venturing. Students learn to design and test business models, build financial plans, assess opportunities through market and customer analysis, prototype and adapt to feedback, and pitch, negotiate and build teams and partnerships.
