Cert in Naturfag

This one-year natural science programme at the University of Agder in Kristiansand gives a broad introduction to physics, chemistry and biology. Chemistry covers substances, how they are made, their properties and how they react. Biology covers the structure, function and relationships of organisms and their interaction with the environment. Physics covers the four fundamental forces and how they describe physical phenomena. The course suits students who want to teach natural science. Together with approved teacher education it qualifies for teaching in primary and lower secondary school and upper secondary school, and it forms a basis for further study in physics, chemistry and biology.
