MA/MS in Økonomi og administrasjon - siviløkonom

The five-year master programme in business administration (siviløkonom) gives a theoretical and empirical grounding and the analytical skills needed to lead organisations. Students learn to lead businesses, analyse information and assess ethical decisions. The bachelor part includes optional practice, and the master part offers specialisation in finance, financial management or international business. The 300-credit programme is taught full time in Kristiansand. In the third year students can choose exchange, electives or the HR programme in Kristiansand. The programme holds international AACSB accreditation and has strong ties to business, with internships arranged with partners abroad during the master part.
