This full-time one-year programme gives formal leadership competence in administration and management. Subjects include project management and governance, digitalisation and change, ethics and sustainability, organisation and leadership, marketing, organisational psychology, corporate strategy and human resource management. Teaching on the Haugesund campus alternates between lectures, discussions and seminars, and students work on tasks individually and in groups. The year suits people planning a leadership career or a bachelor in economics and administration, and it can count as the first 60 of 180 study points of that bachelor at HVL. Graduates take up leadership and administration roles in private and public sectors.
