Cert in Grunnutdanning i ledelse

This 30-credit programme gives the core knowledge of leadership, strategy, marketing and economics expected of someone who manages people. It is built from four courses that can be taken alongside full-time work over one year of part-time study, and it introduces practical leadership tools that participants can use straight away. Students can take it as the core subjects of the Bachelor of Management, or combine it with a 30-credit specialisation to form half of the Annual Unit in Leadership. It is offered on campus in Oslo with two intensive sessions per course, or fully online through webinars and a digital learning platform.
