BA/BS in Event Management

ARIU's BA in Event Management is a four-year bachelor's degree for students planning careers organising conferences, exhibitions, festivals and corporate functions. It combines business fundamentals with events-specific planning, design and delivery skills, and leads to a BA qualification on completion. The first year covers study skills, service excellence, introductory events theory, and English; later years build through business environment, sustainable event practice, finance, research methods, MICE, and brand management, finishing with strategic business modules, an internship and a dissertation in Year 4. Intakes happen twice a year, in September and February. Entry needs the ARIU application form, a Qatar ID and passport copy, four photographs, and a secondary certificate and transcript. The application fee is QR1,000, and tuition is QR20,000 per semester or QR40,000 per year, with the university noting that fees may be revised over time.
