Joint NTU-TUM Master of Science in Green Electronics

This full-time master's degree, run jointly by NTU and TUM, focuses on green electronics. Enquiries go to the TUM Asia admission office. The course covers semiconductor manufacturing technologies in use today, including micro- and nano-fabrication, along with the science behind renewable energy sources, power semiconductors and organic devices. Applicants need a first degree in electrical or electronic engineering, or in physics, together with a sound grasp of semiconductor physics, electromagnetism and organic chemistry or electrochemistry. Those whose native language or earlier teaching language is not English must show a TOEFL internet-based score of at least 88 or an IELTS Academic result of 6.5 or higher. Applicants with qualifications from China, Vietnam or India also need an APS certificate from the Akademische Prüfstelle. A minimum NTU CGPA of 2.5 is needed to graduate.
