AA/AS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Business Management program at Chattahoochee Technical College is aimed at students who want to understand how organizations are run. Ethics, leadership, community responsibility and workplace training and compliance receive particular attention. The Associate of Applied Science degree sits within the Business Sciences area, alongside a diploma and several technical certificates of credit in management and leadership specialties. Sample courses include Introduction to Business, Performance Management and Human Resource Management. Classes are offered at the Marietta, North Metro and Canton campuses and online, so students can choose a location or format that suits their schedule. Each campus lists faculty and academic advisors who can answer questions about course planning. Graduates look toward roles such as business manager, purchasing manager and personnel manager.
