AA/AS in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management

The Networking Specialist program teaches students how to administer computer networks so that organizations stay connected. Laboratories feature Cisco equipment together with UNIX, Linux, and Microsoft systems, and cloud coursework uses Microsoft and Amazon platforms. The program is held at the Marietta and North Metro campuses. People who complete it may find work as network engineers, IT specialists, or network architects. Besides the associate degree, there is a diploma and a long list of short certificates. These range from Linux and UNIX system administrator to network technician, PC repair, and cloud solutions specialist, so students can build credentials step by step. Faculty advisors at the Marietta campus and academic advisors are listed on the program page to help applicants plan.
