AA/AS in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications

The Networking program teaches students to administer and test computer networks, including local and wide area networks and intranets. Training is practical and aimed at starting a career in the field. Many certificates, including Cisco and CompTIA preparation tracks, lead toward a single associate degree available at seven campuses. The college estimates associate tuition at $5,940 for county residents who attend full time over two years. Most required books, software and supplies are built into that price, although some programs add further costs. Prerequisites are not counted in the estimate, and a given credential may not start at every campus every semester. Prospective students can request more information from the college, and an advisor can help match a credential to their goals and timeline.
