Carrying an Intelligence Technologies concentration, this certificate offers specialized courses on intelligence analysis. It is designed for professionals who work in or support intelligence community agencies and want sharper analytic skills without committing to a full master's degree. Students choose their courses from a list covering database management, metadata analytics, big data essentials, knowledge mining, intelligence analysis methods and national security challenges. The credential can later lead into the Applied Information Technology master's program, although admission to the certificate does not promise admission to any master's program. Study may be full time or part time. Applicants need a bachelor's degree earned at an accredited institution, with a 3.00 average or above across the final 60 credits.
