The Cisco Networking Academy at Henry Ford College teaches students to plan, build and maintain computer networks. The certificate track centers on Cisco Certified Network Associate content and spans four courses over a single year. Participants learn to install and configure routers and switches in local and wide area networks, carry out routine troubleshooting, and strengthen network performance and security. The material is aligned with well-known industry exams, including CCENT, CCNA and CCNP. The college also lists an Associate in Applied Science in Cloud and Network Technology for those who wish to go further. Alumni have moved into technical roles with regional employers, and the field is described as having strong demand for IT workers. Prospective students can ask for more information or apply through the college website, and instructor contact details appear on the program page.
