AA/AS in Engineering, General

The engineering program at Lincoln Land Community College opens with an associate degree that can launch a career or serve as the base for a bachelor's degree at a four-year college. It concentrates on the foundations that every engineer needs, including problem solving, leadership, mathematics and science. The curriculum prepares students for many branches of the field, such as civil, computer, industrial, mechanical, aeronautical and chemical engineering. Students can explore the available classes through the college's course system and plan their transfer path with advisors. The Associate in Science in Engineering takes two years to complete. Tuition for these classes follows the college's standard in-district rate, and books are sold separately.
