AA/AS in Physics

This transfer degree provides a general scientific foundation with physics as its focus. It is aimed at students who intend to finish a bachelor's degree at another institution. Those who complete it are ready to enter a physics program at a four-year college or university. The program page lists its goals for people deciding whether to apply. The associate degree is completed in two years and falls under the engineering and science transfer title. Students planning their studies should consult the admissions and advising staff about entry steps, start terms and current costs, none of which this page lists. Advisors can also explain how the credits might apply toward further education or employment, and which courses to take first.
