BA/BS in Dental Support Services and Allied Professions

Graduates of this Bachelor of Science are prepared to work as registered dental hygienists. The program carries full accreditation from the Commission on Dental Accreditation, and the degree is tied to licensing rules in the state of Nevada. The hygiene courses themselves take four semesters, or two years, and leave out the general education and core courses that the bachelor's degree also needs. Students are encouraged to complete those earlier. Applicants should expect a selective admission process with special requirements.
