BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

Working professionals aiming for promotion can use this Bachelor of Applied Science to prepare for supervisory and management responsibilities. The coursework is shaped around advancement within an existing career. Students practice drafting a business plan and gain exposure to methods currently used in industry. Because many employers expect managers to hold a four-year degree, the credential can open doors for people seeking higher positions. All classes are available online, and the majority of upper-division courses can also be taken in person at the West Campus. Holders of an associate degree, either Arts or Science, from a regionally accredited college may enter the program regardless of their original major. This flexibility makes the degree a practical next step for people who started in unrelated fields.
