Northwest Vista College is a public two-year college on the northwest side of San Antonio, Texas, and one of the colleges of the Alamo Colleges District.
Instruction began in the fall of 1995 at partner sites, including locations of the Northside Independent School District, and the college opened its first building in 1998. Most coursework leads to an associate degree or a one-year certificate, with transfer-oriented Associate of Arts and Associate of Science paths alongside career-focused Associate of Applied Science prograMs. The college also offers a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cloud Computing, available online or on campus.
Programs are organised into subject areas such as computer science and technology, humanities, social sciences, communication arts, fine and performing arts, mathematics and engineering, and the natural and physical sciences.
