BA/BS in Business Administration

The Bachelor in Business Administration sits within the Faculty of Economics at Metropolitan Tirana University and prepares students for the demands of the job market. It offers three profiles: one on management, one on marketing and one combining entrepreneurship with innovation. The programme launched in the 2011-2012 academic year without profiles and is now accredited. The Management profile centres on leadership and decision making, covering human resources, strategy and operations. The Marketing profile deals with market analysis, consumer behaviour, communication and brand management, preparing students to plan and run campaigns. A third profile, on entrepreneurship and innovation, completes the offer. Across the profiles, the aim is to give graduates skills in management, strategy, marketing and innovation so that organisations can pursue their goals in a complex international environment.
