PGCert in Food and Nutrition Management

Admission Requirements: Admission to this postgraduate certificate requires an Ontario College Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality Management, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related credential including at least two food production and preparation courses; a one-year college certificate in a culinary or hospitality program is considered if it included a minimum of 600 hours of hospitality-related theory. Applicants may be conditionally accepted and required to complete up to two additional courses in culinary and food management. International applicants must meet Algonquin's English Language Proficiency requirement: IELTS Academic overall band 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each band, the Duolingo English Test at 120 overall with no component below 105, or TOEFL iBT at the score Algonquin publishes for the test's current format.
