Admission Requirements: Admission to Natural Sciences requires, in addition to Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup's general admission conditions, one of two secondary-school science pathways: Secondary 5 Technico-sciences or Sciences naturelles mathematics together with Secondary 5 Chemistry and Secondary 5 Physics, or, under the former course numbering, Mathematics 536, Chemistry 534, and Physics 534. The general conditions require a Quebec Secondary School Diploma (DES) from the youth or adult sector, or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) with the three mandatory Secondary 5 subjects, or equivalent training and experience for candidates who have interrupted full-time studies for at least 24 months; candidates missing up to six DES units may be admitted conditionally if they complete them during their first college session. The program has no enrollment quota (contingentement: aucun) and admits for the fall term only. No language-proficiency test scores are stated on the program or general admission pages.
