Overview
This Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (Conception et dessin assistés par ordinateur), program code ELC.30, is offered by Cégep de Victoriaville through continuing education. The program totals 750 hours delivered part-time over 20 months, entirely online via the Teams platform, with classes held two evenings per week and one Saturday per month. It trains drafters able to produce technical drawings for companies across a range of industrial sectors. Admission Requirements: Applicants must hold a Diploma of Secondary Studies (DES) or have equivalent training deemed sufficient, and meet one of the following: having interrupted full-time studies for at least one year or two consecutive terms, having interrupted full-time studies for one term followed by at least one term of full-time postsecondary study, having completed at least two consecutive terms or one school year of postsecondary study, or holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP). Applicants may also qualify through an employer agreement with the Cégep or a government program.
