This diploma of college studies (DEC) in operations and supply chain management trains students to plan, coordinate, and supervise the movement of goods, people, and related information across local, national, and international supply chains. Coursework covers purchasing, distribution, transportation coordination, customs clearance, inventory and warehouse management, and personnel supervision, supported by simulation software used for integrated operations management. The curriculum has an international-logistics focus, addressing cross-border operations and global commerce procedures. Training includes two credited internships totalling 225 hours, placed in the third and sixth sessions, and students may pursue a paid work-study option consisting of two six-month placements. Students admitted to the program are automatically eligible for sponsorship bursaries of up to $2,000 during their studies, and the program guarantees an internship placement. The program is delivered on campus. Graduates are prepared for operations and logistics management roles spanning procurement, warehousing, transportation coordination, and inventory control.
