Cégep de Sainte-Foy is a public, French-language general and vocational college located at 2410 chemin Sainte-Foy in Quebec City, in the borough of Sainte-Foy.

Founded in 1967, it traces its roots to the Académie de Québec, established in 1862, and today ranks as the most attended cégep in the greater Quebec City region, enrolling roughly 10,900 students between its regular day division and continuing education prograMs. The college offers about 36 programs of study, spread across nine pre-university pathways, 21 technical programs, four dual-DEC combinations, and two transitional Tremplin DEC routes, with strengths spanning health sciences, computer science and multimedia, social sciences, business, the arts, and forestry. Its continuing education division adds accelerated DECs and attestation of collegial studies for adult learners returning to school.

A teaching staff of roughly 775 professors, supported by a workforce of about 1,500, delivers instruction across well-regarded programs known for above-average graduation rates and strong placement of technical graduates in their fields. The cégep also hosts a forestry technology transfer centre, a digital imaging innovation centre, and serves as Quebec's provincial centre of expertise for the recognition of acquired skills and competencies (CERAC), extending its academic mission into applied research and credential recognition services province-wide.
