Ce programme technique de trois ans (DEC 420.B0), axé sur la conception et la programmation, offre une formation à la fois technique et conceptuelle en informatique : programmation orientée objet, applications Web et mobiles, bases de données, gestion de réseaux et multimédia. Admission Requirements: Admission to Techniques de l'informatique requires meeting Cegep Gerald-Godin's general admission conditions -- a Diploma of Secondary Studies (DES) or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) for Quebec residents, applied for exclusively through the SRAM regional admission service -- plus one mathematics prerequisite the programme page states: Secondary IV Math TS, Secondary IV Math SN, Secondary V Math CST, or Math 436. International applicants need a diploma SRAM judges equivalent to the DES and, since teaching is entirely in French, must pass a French test accepted by SRAM if not previously schooled in French; a CAQ, a Canadian study permit, a co-op work permit for the programme's placements, and valid Canadian health and hospitalization insurance are required after admission.
