There are no assigned lecture hours for this online program. A successful organization is only as good as its people, and human resources management (HRM) plays a critical role in ensuring an organization has the right people for success. Admission Requirements: This graduate certificate requires a degree or diploma in any discipline. Applicants with partial university completion of at least 50% are considered instead if they have at least two years of work experience relevant to the program, subject to transcript and resume review; the program is not open to graduates of Centennial's own three-year Business Administration - Human Resources advanced diploma. The programme page states only that English language proficiency is required, without publishing IELTS, TOEFL or other test scores, so international applicants must consult the college's general language-proficiency page.
