Please note this program is delivered in a fully-online format through OntarioLearn. The Accommodation and Human Rights Management (AHRM) Program is an Ontario College graduate certificate. The program prepares graduates to work in the fields of Accommodation, Human Rights, Disability Management, Return to Work, Advocacy or to continue their academic careers in a variety of fields including Social Science, Law or Human Resources. The courses focus on topics such as Human Rights, Mediation and Alternate Dispute Resolution, Disability Management, and Advocacy. The final course, capstone, is a project-based assignment as an which challenges a real-world scenario in an organization or as an advocate for an individual.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: The program requires a completed Ontario College Diploma, Ontario College Advanced Diploma, degree, or equivalent credential; the programme page states no further course or grade prerequisites. For international applicants and those whose prior study was not in English, the requirement is Sault College's institution-wide standard for Graduate Certificate programmes: TOEFL iBT 88 with no test score below 21, IELTS Academic 6.5 with no band below 6.0, Duolingo English Test 120 with no band below 115, or PTE Academic 60 with no communicative skill below 54, current within two years of the start date. The programme is delivered fully online through OntarioLearn over one year (two semesters) and leads to an Ontario College Graduate Certificate; no portfolio, interview or other condition is stated on the programme or general admissions pages.
