This program leads to a DEC in Agricultural Business Management and Technology at Collège d'Alma, completed over three years across six semesters, combining classroom theory with hands-on training at the college's school farm and partner farms. Admission Requirements: The program page sets no admission requirements beyond Collège d'Alma's general admission conditions: a Secondary School Diploma (DES); a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) together with Secondary 5 courses in the language of instruction and the second language and Secondary 4 mathematics; training judged equivalent by the college; sufficient training and experience following 36 months or more of uninterrupted full-time study; or, missing six credits or fewer toward the DES, conditional admission completed in the first session. It recommends, though does not require, that applicants hold a valid class 5 or class 8 driver's licence in order to operate agricultural machinery during the program. No English or French language-proficiency test score, portfolio, or interview is published as a requirement.

Application Deadline:Domestic applicants apply through the Service régional de l'admission des cégeps du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean (SRASL): for the September 2027 intake, admission rounds close 1 March, 1 May and 1 June 2027, and for January 2027 entry the round closes 1 November 2026, with some programmes not offered at Winter intake. International applicants submit the same SRASL online application and are not given a separate closing date by Collège d'Alma; the college's international-students page directs them to the SRASL portal rather than publishing a distinct international deadline for the 2027 cycle. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
