Overview

Requirements

Admission Requirements: The page for Danse at Collège Montmorency states only a Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) requirement, a candidate must also pass an audition, with Fall admission usually open through SRAM's 3e round, and defers general conditions to the college's own admission requirements. Domestically, applicants apply through SRAM; the college accepts a DES, or a DEP carrying the prescribed 5th-secondary language and 4th-secondary math credits plus programme prerequisites, or a recognised foreign-credential equivalency, a validated non-recognized Quebec secondary formation, or seven completed college courses or 30 university credits; SRAM deadlines are 1 March for Fall and 1 November of the prior year for Winter. International applicants without Canadian status apply to SRAM, which performs the credential equivalency, by 14 March for Fall or 31 May for Winter; Montmorency's page sets a minimum B2 level in written and spoken French, met by Bright (minimum 3.7 every section) or DELF/DALF (overall at least 67, minimum 16.75 per component). Accepted students then receive a letter listing required immigration documents: the CAQ, a study permit, and a work permit where the programme requires one.
