Requirements

Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or acceptance as a mature applicant, plus a Grade 12 C or U English course or equivalent. Canadian citizens and permanent residents who fall short of the English subject may instead qualify by passing Seneca's own pre-admission test, and upgrading is suggested for applicants who do not meet academic subject requirements. Every applicant must complete an audition, submitted as a recorded monologue, an in-person audition, or a Zoom call, using one monologue of up to 1.5 minutes drawn from a published play or film script. International applicants must separately meet Seneca's English-language requirements and may be asked for additional documents or assessments depending on home country.
